Social Media Manager

Bespoke Luxury Marketing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. This position will manage our owned channels (Bespoke Real Estate and Bespoke Luxury Marketing) as well as up to 10 of our client’s channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, possess a keen understanding of luxury branding, and demonstrate exceptional creativity and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy:

  • Oversee the entire content lifecycle, from ideation to live post, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards.

  • Collaborate closely with production and creative teams to develop captivating content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.

  • Adapt content strategies based on data-driven insights, analyzing social media trends and website metrics to optimize performance and meet marketing objectives.

  • Stay updated on emerging social media trends and platform updates, leveraging opportunities for real-time engagement and content optimization.

Content Scheduling:

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and strategic delivery of content across various platforms.

  • Utilize social media management tools to schedule and publish content efficiently, maximizing reach and engagement.

  • Monitor and respond promptly to audience feedback and inquiries, fostering meaningful interactions and enhancing brand reputation.

  • Manage the creation of social-first video content, tailoring each piece for optimal performance on different platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content aligns with marketing strategies and meets performance goals.

 Requirements:

  • Exceptional ability to anticipate and act on social trends, with a talent for real-time engagement and content optimization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management and content generation, preferably within the luxury sector.

  • Proficiency across major social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and digital content creation for web platforms.

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.

  • Demonstrable experience with social analytics and SEO tools to refine content strategies and drive results.

  • Aesthetic sensibility and a creative flair for styling, photography, and visual composition.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with the Later platform is a plus

 

Director of Digital Marketing

As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will create and deploy the company’s roster of client’s digital marketing plans, direct all digital marketing efforts, and oversee its digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate marketing strategy and activity to clients and stakeholders, enroll internal stakeholders in the process, and establish awareness and understanding of results and impact on their part of the company’s business.

• Create effective digital marketing plans focused on identifying niche/hyper-targeted audience segments that can convert qualified leads to sales.

• Continuously assess the digital marketing needs of clients companies, changing digital landscape, new areas of growth and technology advancement.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other related fields.

• 5-8 years overall digital marketing experience.Education/Experience:

Tactical Skills:

• Create, plan, and execute SEM/SEO campaigns and supporting tactics in Pardot, Salesforce, and other platforms.

• Monitor and analyze ROI and KPI metrics to provide insight for improvement.

• Execute and report on A/B tests.

• Create, report on, and optimize nurture workflows.

• Build reports on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against KPIs and ROI.

• Bring new technology and best practices to the firm for improving technology implementation.

Content Development:

  • Ensure content is consistent with the company’s brand and personas.

  • Help coordinate the creation of digital content

  • Collaborate with team members on copywriting and marketing collateral.

Core competencies:

  • Proficient in Google Analytics/GA4.

  • Pardot proficiency is preferred.

  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.

  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

  • Strong critical thinking with problem-solving ability.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to hit deadlines and prioritize workload.

 

Art Director

Bespoke Luxury Marketing is a fully integrated branding and marketing agency seeking a qualified Art Director with experience in branding and marketing to join our fast-growing team. The candidate will collaborate closely with our team of designers, copywriters, strategists, and account managers, designing a steady stream of visual content for our clients  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, art direction, typography, and creative ideation. This individual will also have organizational and management skills, as well as a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be able to report to NYC or Hamptons office location.

Candidates must provide design portfolio. 

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Introducing and applying expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projects

  • Working from a brief with a copywriter, generating ideas to present to the client

  • Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns

  • Inspiring and motivating the agency’s clients to be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh and inventive visual work

  • Reviewing the work of designers and providing direction and feedback

  • Uncovering new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns.

  • A strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration and animation

  • A broad understanding of marketing design and layout 

  • The ability to generate a reliable supply of original ideas and visual concepts

  • The confidence to explain and support your thinking, both internally and externally

  • A flexible approach and willingness to adapt your ideas to the needs of clients and management

  • A keen eye for visual details and accuracy

  • The resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work.

  • High level IT skills in the latest art and design packages (Adobe programs a requirement)

  • A good awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms
